Teamwork is important in all parts of life, so we teach teamwork in class as a matter of course. Students will encourage others to do well through praise and with help from their colleagues, they get tasks complete quicker and better, helping problem solving, making winning easier, whether it be in other sports, at home, school or work. Notes for Parents
You can help your child to improve his / her teamwork skills by playing the following games at home:
Hot and Cold – If your child has a sibling or a friend round to play get one of them to hide a small object such as a keyring. The hider must help the finder to find the object by giving the command ‘HOT’ when they are close to finding it and ‘ COLD’ when they are far away.
